On Grief

We must grieve our past-

Relationships, selves, hard times we went through, good times we went through…

We must grieve to move on.

If we don’t grieve, we hold on to things, which become a lense that clouds our reality…

But what is grief?

The releasing process,

the presence in what no longer is,

and the emotions we feel with that loss.

Frief is allowing the cleansing, allowing yourself to feel, allowing yourself to experience the longing and pain,

so it can be

released.

Greif isnt’ a one time thing or something that only takes a day to sit with,

but a process that gets a little easier to sit with every time, until one day you can look back without the pain and longing,

just an appreciation for the past,

and peace through the acceptance of what is.
